AFL legend Dermott Brereton has opened up on his pores and skin cancer fight and urged people today to get checked.
The Hawthorn legend has experienced two melanomas eradicated from his thigh and his chest and has also gone through chemotherapy for a sunlight spot on his eye.
Brereton, who has won 5 premierships and works on Fox Athletics, suggests he has ‘been by the wringer’ amid this ordeal.
