An aristocrat is preventing a bid by her landlord to evict her from her Grade II detailed rental home more than accusations her 20 animals were being performing ‘damage’ to the property.
Lady Patricia Ramshaw has claimed she has been forced to live in freezing ailments as the 18th century home has no central heating and is riddled with moist and mould.
Her landlords, users of Norfolk’s wealthy landowning Cator family, have in change accused her of holding pigs which ‘destroyed’ the backyard of the Norfolk Broads assets.
She is also mentioned to have authorized animals to live in the dwelling with her, allegedly breaking tenancy disorders which only permitted her to retain two dogs.

Lady Ramshaw claimed in the course of the listening to that Mrs Cator experienced frequently turned up at the residence with out warning ‘on at minimum 20 occasions’.

James Castle, representing the Cators, claimed: ‘The claimant thinks all of this has been component of a grand conspiracy to drive her to depart. But that is not at all constant with her evidence.’
He additional that Lady Ramshaw had ‘zero respect for the assets and zero respect for the globe all-around her’.
Tribunal decide Stephen Evans reported a penned final decision would be issued in the subsequent four months.
He additional: ‘This is not going to be the sort of situation where by both parties appear out shining in glory.’
