LOS ANGELES — Netflix has unveiled a new star for some of its forthcoming programming: electric powered vehicles from Basic Motors and other automakers.
The streaming company declared an settlement on Thursday to feature motor vehicles which includes the Chevrolet Bolt, the electric GMC Hummer pickup and the Cadillac Lyriq in Tv set collection and films “the place relevant.”
The businesses will highlight the partnership in a commercial that includes Will Ferrell that will air through the Feb. 12 Tremendous Bowl. Netflix and GM named the arrangement “aspect of a motivation to a more sustainable long term.”
