British Army corporal raped woman colleague celebrating her promotion, court docket hears

A British Military Corporal raped a sleeping colleague immediately after celebrating her advertising and later on told her ‘trust me you are good, I was carrying a condom’, a armed service courtroom listened to.

Prosecuting, Jane Carpenter advised the court martial the lady, who cannot be named for authorized factors, had organized to remain in Cpl Conway’s area beforehand and he asked if he could remain there with her.
