A person has barricaded himself inside of a home surrounded with an accelerant in an ongoing standoff with police.
The gentleman locked himself inside a residence in Auburn, in Sydney‘s west, and poured an accelerant all over the premises at about 1:30pm on Sunday.
Law enforcement, firefighters and tactical officers in camouflage equipment have been pictured standing outside the household.
A NSW Police spokesman instructed Everyday Mail Australia that negotiators were yet to make speak to with the person.
