The barrister investigating the appointment of the BBC chairman amid promises he aided prepare a personal loan for Boris Johnson shared crucial posts on the net about the former prime minister.

Mr Heppinstall’s posts, initial claimed by The Day-to-day Telegraph, led Mr Johnson’s allies to problem whether he will be an impartial arbiter.
