A woman who elevated her hand at an elderly cyclist on a pavement moments prior to a lethal crash has arrived for sentencing soon after becoming identified guilty of manslaughter.
Auriol Grey, 49, swiped angrily at 77-calendar year-old Celia Ward and explained to her to ‘get off the f****** pavement,’ Peterborough Crown Court read.

CCTV footage showed Grey, who has cerebral palsy, raising her hand as Mrs Ward lost her harmony and landed into the highway.
