The Ukrainian schoolgirl who died just after being discovered unconscious on a beach in Devon had ‘local friends’ and was loving life in Britain.

Albina Yevko, 14, had been dwelling with a host spouse and children and her mother in Dawlish just after fleeing Ukraine following Russia‘s invasion a 12 months ago.
