The design industry downturn has claimed another victim soon after a Perth setting up enterprise collapsed leaving at the rear of a $50million ‘urban village’ and many unfinished houses in its wake.
Western Australian making company Hamlen Homes, which also trades as Metro Homes WA Pty Ltd, was the most current agency to fold on Monday.
WA Insolvency Options was appointed administrator for the company, in accordance to The West Australian.
Hamlen Residences was authorised to produce a $50 million urban village in Perth’s East Victoria Park referred to as East & Co ahead of the firm’s collapse.

The village incorporated 52 independently built households with surrounding features and attractions.
It was to be found 5 kilometres from Perth’s CBD.
The organization was also in the center of building seven households for households – all of which have now been left in limbo.
