Australian producer and Getaway presenter Jeff Watson has died aged 80.
Watson passed away peacefully past Wednesday at the Greenwich Palliative Treatment Hospital just after being diagnosed with mind cancer in early 2018.
He was surrounded by his wife Judi, children Timothy and Lucy and stepdaughter Cara.
Watson was at first given a few months to live but continued an lively everyday living with his family members and buddies up until his dying.
Well-liked Getaway presenter Catriona Rowntree paid out tribute to her beloved colleague, telling Television set Tonight: ‘This is heartbreaking information.
