Law enforcement have issued an urgent charm for a mother putting on a yellow rain jacket in their ongoing lookup for missing mom Nicola Bulley.
Officers from Lancashire Constabulary shared a grainy CCTV picture of the woman – pushing a pram with a youthful boy or girl in it – from the day Ms Bulley vanished far more than a 7 days ago.
They have described her as a ‘key witness’ and believe that she was in the same place as Ms Bulley on the early morning she vanished from the River Wyre although walking her pet.
Law enforcement stated: ‘A woman was observed walking on Garstang Highway/Blackpool Street, St Michael’s on the morning of Friday 27th January pushing a pram.’
The woman in problem was going for walks from the course of Allotment Lane to the Grapes public house at approximately 8.22am, law enforcement say. She was noticed yet again going for walks on Allotment Lane toward Garstang Street at 8.41am.
