A dodgy puppy walker has been caught on CCTV footage pretending to choose up his dog’s poo from a resident’s front garden.

A furious house owner at Kareela in Sydney‘s Sutherland Shire released the movie of the male leaving the canine excrement on their entrance lawn – immediately after pretending to decide on it up with a dog poo bag.
