Chilling surveillance footage exhibits the moment a mask-wearing teenager operates by way of the streets with a spouse and children cat several hours right before its overall body was discovered dead in a close by pond.
Police have alleged two boys, aged 12 and 14, took the cat from a Sydney property at about 4.30pm on March 8, 2023.
The cat was allegedly taken into a close by clearing and then tortured and killed.

Two teens have been billed with animal cruelty.
Following considerable inquiries, investigators from Riverstone Law enforcement Location Command arrested the teenagers at a Glenwood household about 5pm on Monday prior to having them to Riverstone Police Station.
Both equally boys have been billed with torturing, beating and triggering dying to an animal and disposing of a killed or stolen animal.
They had been granted rigid conditional bail and will show up at a children’s courtroom on Tuesday April 4, 2023.
