Two ladies have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect soon after a two-year-old boy fell out of a window at an eighth ground flat.
The toddler experienced significant accidents but miraculously survived the tumble on Tuesday at a block of flats in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey.
He was airlifted to a London clinic where his affliction was explained to be critical but secure.
A spokesman for Surrey Police said that considering that the incident two ladies, 24 and 30 and the two from Sudbury, experienced been arrested on suspicion of youngster neglect which led to the toddler becoming capable to fall out of the window in Spelthorne Grove.
‘Both women of all ages have been interviewed and released on law enforcement bail whilst inquiries continue,’ the spokesman added.
The alarm about the small boy’s tumble was raised by a neighbour in the flats who was on her balcony when she read a child’s cries and appeared down to see the toddler lying on the floor.

She said that the little boy was blue and she promptly called an ambulance and the law enforcement to the scene.
The boy was taken care of at the scene by paramedics in advance of being flown by air ambulance to a London medical center.
The law enforcement spokesman had mentioned earlier: ‘We were named to reviews of a little one who experienced fallen from the window of a block of flats on Spelthorne Grove in Sunbury at around 3.50pm on Tuesday.
‘Officers attended alongside with colleagues from the South East Coastline Ambulance Company and a two-12 months-aged boy was airlifted to medical center wherever he remains in a crucial but steady issue.’
