Washington State Bar Seeks Chair to Helm Technology Task Force

In March 2024, the WSBA Board of Governors (Bathroom) will take into account the formation of a Know-how Task Drive. If approved, the Undertaking Pressure will 1) assess the lawful technological know-how landscape, identifying threats and opportunities throughout different sectors, and 2) make suggestions that assistance and strengthen the use of technologies in members’ observe, emphasizing helpful, effective, and ethical use of engineering that enhances equitable entry to justice.

The proposed Activity Drive seeks a WSBA member who is interested in serving as chair for the duration of the Undertaking Force’s existence (15 months) and has the next skills:

  • Shown expertise in a leadership position on a official committee or task drive.
  • Ample capacity to commit to the exertion (the position of chair could need 10 several hours/month).
