Mike Pence has been subpoenaed by counsel probing former president Donald Trump‘s involvement in the January 6 uprising.
Exclusive Counsel Jack Smith’s place of work is trying to find files and testimony similar to January 6, and desires the previous vice president to testify about his interactions with Trump top up to the 2020 election and the working day of the attack on the Capitol, resources familiar with the matter instructed CNN.
The go will come following months of negotiations between federal prosecutors and Pence’s legal group.
