A comedy club from Washington, D.C., native Dave Chappelle and a restaurant helmed by Food Network celebrity chef Carla Hall are set to be part of the Reeves Center redevelopment in Washington’s U Street corridor after D.C. officials finalized the selection of a development team roughly four years after first announcing the project.
