The family that owns Mexican tequila maker Jose Cuervo has a deal to buy a 35-story office tower in Chicago for less than $100 million, a fraction of the previous sale price six years earlier, in an example of falling values throughout the country amid reduced office usage, rising interest rates and other challenges.
