Just one of North Texas’ most energetic household developers has made a major land order building way for a 1,474-acre master-planned local community in close proximity to Sherman, Texas, a tiny metropolis north of Dallas, which edged out Singapore for a significant $30 billion chipmaking campus currently being designed by Texas Devices.
