The University of South Carolina is proposing to renovate its football stadium in Columbia and surround it with new retail and residences in the latest energy across the United States that brings together sports facilities and business development.

The 35,000-university student university sent requests for info to 16 personal organizations with a deadline of March 7. Design could start out as shortly as early 2024.

The college sent the ask for for information to developers and building corporations such as nationwide corporations AECOM, Avison Young and JLL, Columbia-spot developers and community regulation companies.
