More development is on the way in the rapidly redeveloping Broad Ripple area north of Indianapolis. Developers broke ground last month on a new luxury apartment and mixed-use project at the site of a former Kroger grocery store on Guilford Ave., Broad Ripple’s main thoroughfare.
