A new mixed-use building under construction in the Pinnacle Hills neighborhood of Rogers, Arkansas, recently secured its first tenant, upscale men’s clothing retailer Walker Brothers. The Collection at Uptown is a 30,090-square-foot building being developed by Colliers Arkansas in partnership with Nabholz Construction Corp.
