Law organization Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has signed what CoStar details exhibits as the 3rd-major business lease in Manhattan so far this year, in a deal that landlord Paramount Group explained is “meaningfully” reducing the possibility of its biggest 2024 lease expiration.
