National Food distributor Sysco finalized plans to open a 517,000-square-foot distribution center in Plant City by pre-leasing the entire second-phase industrial building planned in The Sudler Companies’ Southern Oaks Business Park, a 2 million-square-foot warehouse/distribution development along the Interstate 4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando.
