Tennis star Emma Raducanu has offered a glimpse into her lifestyle with a video of her being bombarded by paparazzi camera flashes.
The 20-year-old has emerged as one of the sport’s most exciting prospects, having already won a Grand Slam.
Raducanu won the US Open aged 18 in 2021 despite being ranked 150th in the world when she entered.
The victory also saw her become the youngest Grand Slam champion since Maria Sharapova’s Wimbledon triumph in 2004.
Her growing prominence in tennis has caught the eyes of the world, and she is clearly popular amongst the paparazzi.
In a video from her Instagram story, Raducanu filmed the moment in which she was bombarded with camera flashes inside her car.
She captioned the clip with ‘Gracias amigos’ which means ‘Thanks friends’ amid the almost blinding lights.
Despite her US Open success almost two years go, Raducanu’s career has recently been hampered by injuries.
She was due to play at the Madrid Open towards the end of April, but had to pull out just hours before her first round match.
An injury to her right hand has set her back, with the British star now out of the top 100 in the rankings.
Raducanu revealed in May she would undergo minor procedures on both of her hands, as well as her ankle.
Despite the efforts being made to bring her back to fitness, she will play no part in the French Open and will also miss Wimbledon in July.
