The Serbia international has been linked with a move away from Turin in the summer – despite joining from Fiorentina in January 2022 for £66.6million.

Chelsea are claimed to have made him a top priority with incoming boss Mauricio Pochettino desperate to bolster his attack.

According to ESPN, the Blues have already lodged an €80m [£70m] offer to bring the 23-year-old to Stamford Bridge.

And Henderson, who won the Scottish title with Celtic in the 2016/17 season, was quick to taunt the player when they faced off at the Stadio Carlo Castellani.

With the pair next to each other on the pitch, cameras spotted Henderson saying, ‘Oh 80 million, oh 80 million’, in reference to Vlahovic’s whopping price tag.

Vlahovic could be seen replying to the 27-year-old, though it is unclear what he said as he covered his mouth when speaking back.

Football fans were loving the exchange, as one Twitter user posted: “After that performance, we have no choice but to respect Liam here.”

Another commented: “The famous Scottish banter.”

A third added: “Funny as hell.”

Despite Chelsea’s alleged offer for Vlahovic, Juventus chief Francesco Calvo insisted that the centre-forward is not for sale.

He told DAZN: “Rumours are not something we can control, but the transfer market hasn’t even opened yet.

“Dusan is not for sale. We are satisfied with the effort he puts in, although everyone in life can do better.”

Vlahovic has struggled for consistency this campaign, having chipped in with just ten Serie A goals – compared to the 24 he banged in last term.
