Crazy scenes unfolded at the Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz press conference which saw the UFC legend walk off twice, before a face-off with a toy monkey.
YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul pits his wits against the MMA icon on August 5 in what is the 38-year-old’s first professional fight inside the squared circle.

It will be Paul’s first fight since he lost his unbeaten record at the hands of Tommy Fury last time out.
As for Diaz, it will be his first contest since his UFC contract wasn’t extended at the end of 2022.
Fans can expect fireworks to take place later this year, with Diaz choking out a man who he believed was Paul’s brother Logan during a wild brawl in New Orleans last month.
And boxing supporters got exactly what they asked for – and more – during their press conference on Tuesday.
Diaz twice left his seat during the event, which he labelled as a ‘sketch-a**’ and ‘f****** rookie’ event, with host Ariel Helwani having to get the Stockton native to return.
He then left again, this time telling Helwani that he needed to use the toilet, where he only returned for the face-off after a lengthy absence.

Quick to joke about his second exit, Paul staged his own face-off ahead of the fight, as he brought out a toy monkey to stare down.
While the pair were both in their seats, they had agreed to a 15-round bout, only for Diaz to remember that that it is in fact illegal, leading them to agree to a ten-round affair.
And in another bizarre moment, an employee of Paul then fired shots at Diaz’s older brother, Nick, as he challenged him for a fight on the undercard.
Insisting he would ‘beat his f****** a**’, it led Diaz to say his ‘homeboys are seeing him right now’, with an embarrassed Paul joking he will ‘fire him’ as he told the man to ‘shut up’.

Once Diaz returned right at the end for their face-off, the duo then took part in a mock fight as they slapped each other’s wrists while staring each other down.
Fans couldn’t believe what they had just seen, as one Twitter user said: “This Jake Paul and Nate Diaz press conference funny asf.”
Another commented: “LOL. Nate Diaz made that the press conference is low rent, only for Jake Paul to point out that he organised it…”
A third added: “This Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz presser is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Nate is now at the bathroom while media is waiting for the face-off.”
