UFC middleweight contender Paulo Costa has started speculation about another MMA love triangle.
Two-time featherweight title challenger Brian Ortega was in a relationship with flyweight fighter Tracy Cortez until they went their separate ways earlier this year.

Neither party had publicly addressed the breakup, but that all changed when UFC middleweight contender Paulo Costa shared a photo of him, and Cortez looking cosy.
Ortega addressed the picture and a section of fans who believe he made a massive mistake by letting Cortez walk away from their two-year relationship by using an NFL analogy.
“Everyone out here talking bout I fumbled,” he tweeted.
“Y’all must not know the rules of the game. When you drop the ball on accident that’s a fumble, but when you throw it away on purpose. That’s called a complete pass. Top G s***!”
Cortez quickly responded to the dig from her ex and warned him not to start saying bad things about her when she has done nothing of the sort.
“Pew-pew shots fired!!!! Lolol Let me just say that to this day, I’ve yet to say anything negative about you or bash your name! Don’t start throwing shade now I’m blessed #MoveWithLove,” she replied.
Costa quickly backed away from the situation and confirmed he was just trolling by posting a loved-up video alongside his actual girlfriend, Tamara Alves.
This is the second time UFC relationship drama has played out on social media this year.

UFC flyweight Tim Elliott previously took to Twitter to expose his wife, MMA fighter Gina Mazany, for having an affair with their teammate, Kevin Croom.
The 36-year-old sensationally claimed the pair got together on the night he married Mazany and says they went behind his back for several months before being exposed by a mutual friend.
Elliott, who believes Mazany and Croom are now in an actual relationship, exercised his demons earlier this month with a unanimous decision win over Victor Altamirano at UFC Vegas 74.
The one-time title challenger is now riding a two-fight win streak and is looking to work his way to a shot at the belt Brandon Moreno will defend against Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 290 on July 8.
