The Strade Bianche in Tuscany saw the most strange of final levels when a giant stampeding horse bolted in entrance of leader Demi Vollering.

The Dutch rider was witnessed pointing to the camera motorbike in advance of her suggesting something was awry, and then the cameras picked up a horse at full pelt.

Vollering had to stamp on the brakes in worry of the beast practically twice her dimension, and dropped 10 seconds because of to the interruption, with the horse then producing way.
