Cullen appeared far from pleased with what she saw from Spurs

Jadon Sancho opened the scoring for United after seven minutes, before Marcus Rashford made it 2-0 on the stroke of half-time.

The hosts were not at the races in the opening 45 minutes, and Cullen appeared to express her frustrations with the second goal.

A clip after the goal showed the executive director sitting behind club chairman Daniel Levy.

One fan account on Twitter believes she said: “This is s***”‘, before another replied saying: “She just says s***.”

Other supporters were also annoyed with the situation, with one simply shouting: “THEN FIX IT DONNA.”

Another fan added: “You’re responsible for this.”

Spurs were poor in the first half and deserved to go behind at the break, showing little improvement from their 6-1 thumping by Newcastle last weekend.

However, they were a much better side after the restart as they went on to rescue what could be a crucial point.

Approaching the hour mark, Pedro Porro fired in a superb half-volley into the top right corner to pull one back.

Bruno Fernandes missed a huge chance to score a third for United just moments later as he hit the crossbar from inside area.

His wasted opportunity was eventually punished when Heung-min Son made it 2-2 with 11 minutes left to play.

The result means Spurs still have a slim chance of claiming a top four finish this season, but they currently sit 5th in the table.

United will be disappointed to have lost their two-goal lead, but know they remain six points clear of Spurs in 4th with two games in hand.
