A Romanian councillor was still left embarrassed today as his camera turned on even though getting a shower – although ‘working’ from property.
When the chairman of the assembly identified as for attendance, Social Democratic (PSD) councillor Alberto-Iosif Caraian appeared reside from a shower, naked and damp.
