Even as the level of industrial construction ebbs, the Puget Sound Region is poised to see an abundance of new industrial supply. The tri-county region should see a record amount of new space delivered in 2023. So far this year, about 4.5 million square feet have been completed in the Seattle metropolitan area this year.
